This course covers essential lifesaving techniques, especially dealing with casualties safely, systematically and sympathetically in the first few minutes of the incident. This course is designed for all of those working with young people under the age of 8. In some important respects small children are not 'mini adults' and adult First Aid techniques are amended accordingly. A highly recommended course for anyone working with this age group to provide best standard of care.

This statutory First Aid at Work course complies with the current Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Employers have a legal obligation to make First Aid provision for their employees. This qualification fulfils that legal obligation and is a comprehensive introduction to First Aid provision.
