ITC education sector first aid courses



		These courses are aimed at anyone who is involved in the education sector and course content reflects the needs of first aid care in diverse educational settings, ranging from the classroom to residential courses and away days. 		This course offers training to staff in your School or College environment, aimed specifically at the issues identified by your establishment, whether primary, secondary, independent, special focus School or College. Your next INSET/training day course could be led by our trainers, giving the qualifications that you need, dealing with topics of real concern to your staff.


		Building upon the knowledge and skills of the Emergency Action course, this course focuses on managing incidents both on-site and away from your establishment. Suitable for School Journey Leader, Duke of Edinburgh Coordinator, minibus driver etc.


		This course is designed for all of those employed or involved in looking after young people under the age of 8. We understand your working environment and cover all the common ailments as well as serious, potentially life threatening situations


		This statutory First Aid at Work course complies with the current Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. Educational organisations have a legal obligation to make First Aid provision for their employees. This qualification fulfils that legal obligation and is a comprehensive introduction to First Aid provision.


		A readily available and easily operated Automated External Defibrillator (AED), at the scene, in the hands of a trained operator can enormously increase the chance of surviving sudden cardiac arrest. This course will enable you to make a life-saving difference.
