ITC Approved Training Centres
Organisations who wish to deliver ITC qualifications are termed ITC Centres. These organisations may be small businesses or educational establishments. Centres have the resources and expertise to provide an internal verification function.
An individual or sole trader who wishes to deliver ITC qualifications is termed an ITC Provider. This section of the website allows you to:
- understand the ITC pathway to Centre accreditation
- review information regarding the regulation and approval of ITC and support service provided by ITC
- find answers to frequently asked questions

If you wish your organisation to become an ITC Centre then the first step is to talk directly to ITC to confirm suitability. There are various routes to becoming an accredted Centre, either
- send a member of staff to a Provider Induction event and after they are accredited by ITC they can then develop the Centre systems to meet ITC criteria.
- employ an existing Provider to develop the Centre system to meet ITC criteria.
- arrange with the ITC Office for a bespoke 2-day Induction event for staff members who then have to develop and demonstrate training, assessment and verification procedures to meet ITC criteria.
- deliver HSE qualifications for the workplace e.g. First Aid at Work
- deliver OfQual accredited qualifications e.g. Outdoor First Aid, Sports First Aid
- deliver tailored qualification e.g. Motorcyclist First Aid, Expedition First Aid
